Philosophy / Mission Statement:
For over a decade I have been in the business of procuring and the selling of real estate via the conventional method and/or the auction method. As a licensed real estate agent and auctioneer I have been involved in a wide variety of transactions in type (residential, commercial property and in the agri-industry) and size (from a single family home to 5,500 acre farms).

My formal education is a Bachelor of Science Degree. I have broad business experience working in the private and government sector; radio/television industry, shopping mall industry as Manager and Promotions/Advertising Director (800,000 square feet to 1 million plus square feet), owning my own retail stores, teaching marketing and advertising at the college level, working in Government as an Administrator in the Ohio Department of Natural Resources and owner of an Auction Company (liquidating; real estate, and inventories involving personal, business as well as State and Federal Government inventories.)
