Real estate investing caught my attention in the mid-90's. While working in mold construction and repair for the plastics industry, I began attending seminars and buying instructional books and tape series on how to profit in real estate. After 16 years of factory life I threw myself full time into real estate investment: buying, rehabbing, selling as-is, holding some rentals, and selling properties through land contract and lease option. Though rewarding, the reality of a career in non-conventional real estate proved much more challenging than seminars or tape series could - or chose to - impart.

An adventuresome sort, I have a marriage that endures since 1979 and three grown children of whom I am extremely proud. With the support of my family, I have accumulated much real estate experience over the years. I became a licensed agent in 2000. As such, I have taken on conventional real estate while continuing to help people buy and sell properties via owner financing techniques such as lease options and land contracts.

My experience has been unique and diverse, and has provided me with the skills to serve the buying and selling public in many ways outside the standard procedures expected of real estate sales agents. Flexibility and individualized service are key to my philosophy.

As an investor, and now a licensed sales agent, I've handled hundreds of residential real estate deals, both conventional and owner financed - as a buyer, a seller, a buyer's agent and a seller's agent. I pride myself in being knowledgeable, but casual and easy to talk to, doing my best to take confusion and intimidation out of the process. I welcome the opportunity to serve you.
